Brian opened Ray White Dubbo on the 8th of November, 1990. Over the past twenty years he has witnessed the growth and expansion of Ray White Dubbo in residential, commercial and rural markets. Now with an energetic staff exceeding twenty, Brian oversees the dynamic sales team, comprising of nine dedicated professionals.
Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, Brian is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer. He is also a registered Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute. These impressive qualifications enable Brian to offer the best advice to locals interested in buying or selling their property.
Having lived in the Dubbo area for most of his life, Brian’s wealth of local knowledge is detailed and concise. Having been Chairman and Board member of the Dubbo City Development Corporation provides Brian with an advantage in foresight for the growth of residential Dubbo.
Brian is exclusive agent for Mr George Rice of Bourke Securities the largest land developer in Dubbo. Brian has been involved in the sale and marketing of these land releases for over 19 years. The Estates developed to date include the larger lifestyle blocks at Firgrove and Richmond Estates and residential blocks of 750 -2000m2 in Holmwood Estate.
In more recent years Brian has enjoyed working closely with Property Consultant, Penny Browning and together they have achieved impressive results. During 2009 Penny and Brian sold 43% of the sales at Ray White Dubbo and 12% of residential sales in Dubbo. Brian and Penny are also proud to be the exclusive agents of Holmwood Estate.
In the last twelve months the Sales Team at Ray White Dubbo has had outstanding success with the office being ranked 10th in Regional and Coastal New South Wales in 2010.
