Aleesha Connell

After growing up in Coonabarabran NSW, Aleesha moved to Bathurst to follow her career in hospitality but within a few years she moved back to Dubbo to be closer to family.  Since being in Dubbo she made the decision to follow in her late grandfather's footsteps and take the real estate path as she loved going to work with him as a child and always had an interest in real estate.

After working in cafes for a decade, Aleesha decided property management was more suited to her new family life. Moving to Dubbo, Aleesha became a step parent to two young children and changed careers to be able to spend more time with them and be more flexible with work hours.

Aleesha spends her free time baking and spending as much time out in nature with her family whether it be camping, fishing or just days at the park while the kids play.

She is excited to be working with both owners and tenants and looks forward to being the best property manager she can be.
