Aleesha Connell

Growing up in Coonabarabran, Aleesha moved to Bathurst to pursue a career in hospitality. After a few years, she returned to Dubbo to be closer to family and made the meaningful decision to follow in her late grandfather's footsteps by transitioning into real estate, a field she’d been drawn to since childhood.

With a decade of experience working in cafes, Aleesha found property management to be a perfect fit for her new family life. Becoming a step-parent to two young children, she sought a career that would allow her to spend more time with her family and offer flexibility in her schedule.

In her free time, Aleesha enjoys baking and embracing the outdoors with her family, whether it's camping, fishing, or simply enjoying a day at the park.

Now, as a property manager, Aleesha is excited to work closely with both owners and tenants, striving to provide the best possible service.
