Debbie O'Connor

With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Debbie O’Connor is a Director of Ray White Dubbo and one of the agency’s most experienced property professionals.

Having joined Ray White Dubbo in 2001 and becoming a Director in 2014, Debbie has developed an extensive understanding of the Dubbo property market, with particular expertise in residential Property Management and property investment.

Over the course of her career, Debbie has worked across virtually every aspect of Property Management – from leasing and portfolio management through to complex tenancy matters, dispute resolution, legislation, compliance and the strategic management of investment properties. Today, she oversees Ray White Dubbo’s Property Management division and remains personally involved in more complex matters, providing landlords and the team with experienced advice and practical solutions when they are needed.

Debbie believes exceptional Property Management goes well beyond collecting rent and arranging repairs. It is about protecting an owner’s asset, minimising risk, maximising returns and giving clients the knowledge and advice they need to make confident property decisions.

Her experience extends beyond Property Management. As a business owner and licensed real estate agent, Debbie has spent decades immersed in the Dubbo property market, working alongside investors, property owners, buyers, sellers and some of the region’s most experienced real estate professionals. This broad perspective gives her a valuable understanding of property throughout its entire ownership journey – from acquisition and investment through to management and eventual sale.

A lifelong Dubbo local, Debbie grew up on her family’s property, ‘Marrington’, just north of Dubbo. Her strong connection to the region, combined with more than two decades of local real estate experience, provides an exceptional depth of knowledge of the Dubbo market and the people who call it home.

Debbie is passionate about continually improving the service Ray White Dubbo provides, developing a highly skilled team and building long-term relationships with clients. She is known for her straightforward advice, practical approach and willingness to become personally involved when a client needs additional experience or support.

For Debbie, great real estate service comes down to knowledge, communication and trust – ensuring clients have an experienced property professional in their corner, whatever stage of their property journey they are at.

Outside of the office, Debbie is married to Lee and they have four children, Will, Evie, Clancy and Audrey. She enjoys spending time with her family and maintains a strong connection to the Dubbo community and her rural roots.
