Jacqui Short

Having called Dubbo home for more than 16 years, Jacqui Short brings a wealth of experience, genuine warmth and a strong commitment to client care to her role as Leasing & Retention Manager at Ray White Dubbo.

With experience across both Property Management and Sales, Jacqui has developed a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry and, importantly, the needs of landlords and tenants. Her role sees her focused on delivering a smooth leasing experience, building strong relationships with clients and helping ensure our landlords continue to receive the high level of service and communication they expect from Ray White Dubbo.

Before entering real estate, Jacqui spent more than a decade as a hairdresser, followed by many years as a weight loss consultant. Both careers centred around people — listening, understanding individual needs, building trust and developing genuine, long-term relationships. These qualities have translated naturally into real estate and are at the heart of Jacqui’s approach to her clients.

Organised, approachable and solutions-focused, Jacqui understands that successful Property Management is about much more than looking after a property. It’s about looking after people. Whether she is helping secure the right tenant for a home, supporting an existing landlord or working alongside our Property Management team to deliver a great client experience, Jacqui brings energy, care and attention to detail to everything she does.

Outside of work, Jacqui is married and a proud mother of three and enjoys being involved in the Dubbo community through her family and local events.

With her strong connection to the Dubbo region, extensive client service experience and genuine passion for Property Management, Jacqui is excited to continue building relationships with our landlords and tenants as Ray White Dubbo’s Leasing & Retention Manager.
