Ray White Dubbo is looking for a Property Manager to join our team — and no previous property management experience is necessary.

About the Role

You’ll join our established property management team and take responsibility for an existing portfolio, with the support and guidance of experienced colleagues around you.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy matters
• Liaising with tradespeople and service providers
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Helping deliver a high standard of service to our clients

Who We’re Looking For

Experience isn’t essential — attitude is.

You may already work in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail or another people-focused role and be ready for a career change. Or perhaps you’re simply looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the real estate industry.
